Adenike Adeyemi is a social innovator with over two decades of experience designing and scaling impactful programs. A 2021 Eisenhower Fellow and recognized by Google.org as a 2023 Global Non-Profit Leader to Watch, she is a leading voice in strengthening Africa’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
As Executive Director of FATE Foundation, Nigeria’s foremost business incubator, Adenike drives initiatives that empower entrepreneurs with knowledge, funding, and market access. Under her leadership, the foundation has reached more than one million entrepreneurs across Africa, facilitated over $2 million in funding, and launched digital platforms such as msmehub.org. She is advancing a bold vision to harness AI in supporting five million entrepreneurs by 2030.
A respected thought leader, Adenike has contributed to global publications, including Brookings Institution’s Foresight Africa 2024 Report, and forged strategic partnerships with public and private institutions to drive sustainable development. She serves on boards including the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as a Trustee with Youth Business International, UK.
Adenike holds Master’s degrees from Seton Hall University and is a Senior Fellow at Lagos Business School, where she lectures on the social sector and entrepreneurship.
