Carolina Stamerra Grassi is an accomplished artistic and creative director, specializing in musical entertainment for television, theatre productions, and live tours. She is the Artistic Director of Like a Star 2025, the new program hosted by Amadeus, and has served as Artistic Director for X Factor Italia (2010–2019) and X Factor UK (2020). She also directed CasaMika on Rai2.

Her extensive television credits include Sanremo, Eurovision, La sai l’ultima, Splendida Cornice, Che succede, L’Assedio, La notte dei record, Quelli che il calcio, Quelli che dopo il TG, Balalaika, 90 Special, Sarabanda, and Furore.

Beyond television, Carolina has overseen the artistic direction of numerous stage shows and large-scale live events, including Party Like a Deejay (2022–2025), Capital Jam, Teatro Oscar 2025, ONE MORE TIME Live at Teatro Arcimboldi (2024), Medicine Rock in Venice (2024), La Notte della Taranta (2023), and the Closing Ceremony of the Rugby World Cup (2023).

She collaborates with leading international artists such as Mika, Laura Pausini, Biagio Antonacci, Renato Zero, Mahmood, Elodie, and La Rappresentante di Lista.
