Daniele Del Genio, born in Martina Franca in 1973, holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a Master’s in NLP, complemented by coaching studies with Jan Ardui. He began his career in management consulting with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and WAVE Group, focusing on corporate reorganization across multiple industries.

In 2005, he co-founded ROSSORAME, an haute couture women’s brand celebrated for its Mediterranean elegance and craftsmanship, alongside designer Bruno Simeone. In 2015, he established Ametlab Srl, a luxury manufacturing company in Martina Franca combining design, innovation, and artisanal excellence.

Since 2021, he has served as President of CNA Puglia and as a member of CNA Federmoda’s national leadership, championing innovation, training, and sustainability. Through initiatives like Apulian Runway Experience, he has elevated Puglia’s creative industries onto the global stage, promoting regional talent, sustainable growth, and access to opportunity.
