I am an Associate Professor of Practice in Marketing at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where I also serve as Director of the Brand Academy. For over twenty years, I have taught and coordinated the Brand Management course in the Master of Science in Marketing Management at Bocconi University, in addition to courses in Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Communications.

At SDA Bocconi, I lead research and customized training projects for companies across consumer goods, services, and B2B sectors. Through the Brand Academy, I have established long-term collaborations with leading firms such as Google Italy, Interbrand Italy, Unilever Italy, and Salvatore Ferragamo. Alongside my academic work, I serve as consultant and advisor to executives and organizations in diverse industries.

My research focuses on Marketing and Branding, Strategic Brand Management, and Marketing & Corporate Communications, with additional studies in interactive and one-to-one marketing. I have published in international journals including the Journal of Interactive Marketing and Journal of Global Fashion Marketing and received the AIMAC Best Paper Award in 2013.

I have been Visiting Scholar or Professor at Columbia, Northwestern, Tuck, University of Arizona, WU Vienna, Skolkovo, SDA Bocconi Asia Center, and several Italian universities. I hold a degree in Political Science (International Economics) and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
