Oli began his career after graduating from the University of Westminster, when he was discovered by legendary producer Cameron McVey (Massive Attack, Portishead, Neneh Cherry). Working from McVey’s North London studio, he developed his craft and gained national recognition, with airplay on BBC Radio 1 and Kiss FM, and live shows alongside Tinie Tempah and Jessie J. He later managed social media for The X Factor, representing finalists including Little Mix, and collaborated with artists such as Lang Lang, Jamie Cullum, and Sean Paul. Since 2021, Oli has led the Lang Lang International Music Foundation UK, creating transformative programs like Music Heals and Keys of Inspiration.
