Unurmaa (Unro) Janchiv is a London-based Creative Industries Consultant, cultural ambassador, and international event producer with over 25 years of experience. She is the CEO and Founder of Great Diplomacy Ltd., a consultancy delivering high-impact cultural and educational events for embassies, governments, and institutions across Europe and Asia.

With more than 80 productions to her credit, Unro has become a leading figure in cultural diplomacy, curating projects that bridge heritage, innovation, and identity. Her work includes producing The Mongol Khan (2023) at London Coliseum, now touring internationally, and co-producing Puccini’s Turandot (2024) in London with Mongolian-inspired design. She also led Weaving International Fashion (2024), bringing together 17 embassies in London, and has curated showcases at Galleries Lafayette Paris, London Design Week, World Travel Market, Festival Orient in Rome, and the Global Fashion Expo in Slovakia.

For over a decade, Unro has served as Honorary Cultural Envoy of Mongolia to the UK, promoting emerging talent, shaping cultural branding strategies, and highlighting creative industries as drivers of soft power and economic growth. She is a frequent speaker at global forums on cultural diplomacy and the influence of tradition, fashion, and cross-cultural exchange.
